Ran 2 again today... Man, I am beat. Ran it with Eric Deboer and Ashley Hoogeveen. We ran from my place down to the Parkway and then back up, jolted up the museum steps and then back down. After which I started getting tight. I came home, iced my calfs and did a double shot of Aleve! I love how tired I feel. I'm gonna sleep like a champ tonight.
Do you have a foam roller or "the stick?" A foam roller is an awesome investment, and will really help you roll out those calfs and thighs after a run. It seems like it isn't doing anything, but it is so helpful at either alleviating pain or maintaing lack of pain.
